THORTECH annuncia il lancio di due serie di alimentatori denominati Thunderbolt e Thunderbolt PLUS serie gaming ad alta efficienza. Il Thunderbolt PLUS è equipaggiato con il sistema brevettato iPower PSU Meter un pannello interattivo che consente all'utente di monitorare l'effettiva efficienza, potenza, temperatura e controllare la velocità della ventola del PSU, solo per citarne alcuni. Thunderbolt e Thunderbolt PLUS Series sono caratterizzati dalla certificazione 80 Plus Gold e NVIDIA SLI, così come il rispetto dei più recenti standard di CPU Intel e AMD.
Prendendo in esame le due serie, la serie Thunderbolt Plus dotata di iPower Meter si compone di wattaggi di 800W, 1000W,e 1200W.
